Eagle 97.7 Rewards Rules and Regulations

1. No purchase necessary to participate and or win.

2. Must be 18 years of age to participate.

3. New Eagle 97.7 Rewards participants will receive  500 points for registering.

4. One Eagle 97.7 Rewards account per person. Anyone found to have multiple accounts will have all their accounts deleted. Only one winner per household per prize.

5. Opportunities to retrieve Eagle 97.7 Rewards' points will be given on-air, during station appearances and via other such activities as part of this promotion.  Prize redemption of  store items is limited to one prize item per person, per household. You must wait 30 days before redeeming  prizes already purchased.

6. WAFL is not responsible for technical difficulties, internet traffic, or slowness, acts of God and any other issues that may cause problems when entering Eagle 97.7 Rewards.

7. WAFL Eagle 97.7 Rewards' players are fully and soley responsible for retrieving their Eagle 97.7 Bonus Points at appointed times and locations.

8. Any person found to be cheating in anyway will have their account deleted from the program without notice. Cheating may include, but not limited to, actions such as sharing choice words, points, or impersonating other reward players, accessing other reward players accounts and any other actions that we deem running counter to the rules of this program.

9.All points are calculated and monitored by WAFL. The electronic point totals in our files are final.

10. Periodically throughout the year, all accounts wil lbe reset back to base points. (WAFL will determine that number). WAFL will announce a pending on-air date at least 6 weeks prior.

11. Subsitute prizes or cash value for a prize will not be awarded.

12. Eagle 97.7 Reward items, i.e. certificates, gift cards, will be mailed to Eagle 97.7 Reward patrons upon their request within 30 days.  ALL BULK ITEMS are to be redeemed at WAFL Studios, 1666 Blairs Pond Road, Milford, DE on Wednesdays from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and  within 30 days of redemption date. Must present proper identification in order to take possession of your Eagle 977 Reward Prize.

13. Employees, agents, successors, assignees, advertising agencies, promotional companies, immediate family members, household members, sponsor agents, affiliates, parent companies, vendors, suppliers of WAFL, Delmarva Broadcasting Company and others acting on their behalf shall be ineligible to participate or to win.

14. Any state, local and federal taxes or license, associated with a prize will be the responsiblity of the winner. They will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

15. Participants'/winners' names and their likeness may be used by WAFL for promotional purposes without further compensation to them.

16. Void where prohibited by law.

17. WAFL reserves the right to modify these rules and contest specifications at any time without notice.

18. By registering for a WAFL Eagle 97.7 Rewards account, you indicate that you have read and accept these rules, terms and conditions.
